Acoustic Kids at the Walnut Valley Festival

48th Walnut Valley Festival, Winfield, KS

This will be Andy’s 30th consecutive Walnut Valley Festival! Once again, He’ll perform and host his Acoustic Kids Showcases.

The 48th Walnut Valley Festival will be held September 18-22, 2019, and will feature more than 30 bands and individual performers, providing a blend of all kinds of acoustic music: bluegrass, folk, old-time country, a little bit cowboy, Celtic, blues, jazz, swing and more.

About:

I am a mom and working full time in the insurance industry. But still love to play and try to do so when ever I can. I taught private fiddle lessons for about 5 years until i gave birth to my daughter in 2015. I will occasionally guest play with my dad’s band Mystic Lizard. For the last 10 years I have run the Music Ministry at my church and just recently retired from that so that i could play more on fiddle rather than manage it.
