AcousticKids returns to MerleFest for our 17th year of youth showcases. Apply online Feb. 1 - March 21:  http://andymay.com/acoustic-kids-application-merlefest/ There will be three regular showcases (Friday afternoon, Saturday morning, and Saturday afternoon) and an Ambassador's Set (Saturday afternoon, Cabin Stage). These are showcases, not contests! Young pickers and singers of any skill level (through age 16) have opportunities to perform on the festival stage in a supportive environment.
